Delivery Timeline: To minimize waste, get true to size fitting and reduce returns, we make our pieces to order so we usually ship out products within India in 7-14 days of confirmation. For International orders, please allow 3 weeks for deliveries. For Pre-Sale, we'll take 24 Days to dispatch your order & will be delivered within 1-3 business days.

Our shipments are fulfilled by multiple courier partners. Once your order is confirmed you will receive communication email with the order confirmation and tracking details. For International orders, we will reach out to you regarding tracking information.

Shipping Charges: For domestic orders, we charge INR 100 for standard shipping and for International orders, charges start at INR 3500 and are calculated based on the weight of the package. In case of an issue in delivery due to unexpected shipping delays like weather, natural disasters or respective state guidelines it will be best to contact the respective courier partner as Rising Among will not be responsible for these delays.

Failure in Delivery/ Multiple Delivery Attempts leading to Return of Product: In case the delivery is not able to be completed due to incorrect information like address, contact details provided from the customer, unavailability to receive the product or refusal to pay custom duties, ThatClothingCrew will not be held responsible and the product will be returned to us by the courier partners. Post return, in case you wish to receive the product, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Custom Duties for International Orders: Custom duties, fees or additional charges that may be charged once the product reaches the destination country will be borne by the customer. ThatClothingCrew will not be responsible for those charges and they will vary depending on the product and destination. For further clarification, we advise you to contact your local custom office to know the custom duties for products for your country.
